The official public transport app, FREE, is a versatile tool that provides users with convenient and up-to-date information on trains, buses, and public city transport. This app has gained recognition from both users and professionals, winning the title of MOBILE APP OF THE YEAR 2016 in the Lifestyle category and UX APP OF THE YEAR 2016.

The main features of this app include:

• Intelligent stops whisperer function that provides precise address information and locates nearby stops based on user's current location.
• Notifications on arrival, departure, or any changes to the scheduled route, including information on delays.
• Automatic detection of the public transport schedule and nearest stops using GPS.
• Offline browsing of searched connections for easy access even without an internet connection.
• Smart functions wizard that guides users through various app functionalities.
• Selection of stops or addresses directly from the map interface for ease of use.
• Convenient option to purchase public city transport tickets via SMS.

• Wide range of connection sharing options to make it easy to share routes with others.
• Showcasing arrivals and departures from selected stops, with the ability to filter specific directions or connections.

In addition to these main features, the app also offers various search options such as barrier-free connections, direct connections, and low-floor connections. It provides detailed connection information, including platform details, line information, stop numbers, connection delays, actual counted position, disruptions, ticket pricing, and train car arrangements.

The app also displays the connection route and position on an interactive map, making it easier for users to navigate their journey. In selected areas, users have the added option to purchase intercity bus tickets through the app as well.

Other useful features of the app include a legend for pictograms meaning and a helpful application wizard to assist users with any questions or concerns. Additionally, users have the option to remove ads from the app by purchasing a subscription for either one year or lifetime access in the Menu - Settings section (1 year for 49 CZK, forever for 149 CZK).
